Falmouth Coastguard called after accident on boat at Port Pendennis

Yesterday afternoon (27th) Falmouth Coastguard Rescue Team were mobilised after reports of an accident on board a vessel at Port Pendennis.

The team was tasked to assist Bristol Ambulance with a casualty at Port Pendennis Marina, Falmouth.

A spokesperson for Falmouth Coastguard Rescue Team said:

"On scene, a casualty was found with possible neck and back injuries sustained from an accident on board the vessel.

"Working together, we stabilised the casualty and stretchered them out to the waiting Ambulance. Once complete, we cleaned down and returned to station."
