A Falmouth cafe has announced they will be reopening their indoor tearoom for breakfast on Friday 31st July.

The Four Teas Tea Room will be providing six extra outdoor seats for customers - which will allow for social distancing to followed while creating more room for visitors.

The cafe has welcomed four more staff to the cafe also, with one more returning in September.

A full COVID-19 risk assessment has been created to keep customers and staff safe throughout their visit.

Measures include:

  • Extra Signage regarding Covid-19.
  • Provision of hand sanitiser stations throughout the Hall.
  • Guests shown to their seating.
  • Changing of our table layout.
  • Protective screens.
  • An extra thorough cleaning schedule throughout the day and extra deep clean at night.
  • Staff wearing face masks & regular hand sanitisation between table service.
  • Hourly toilet cleaning ( toilets only available to Tearoom customers) only

The cafe got its five-star hygiene rating back in February.

Angie, volunteer at the cafe, previously told Nub News:

"It feels like we have climbed Everest and its nice to be acknowledged for all our hard work. It's something we take very seriously as customers deserve a safe environment to eat."

OPENING TIMES:

Mon-Sat: 9am-5pm

Sun: 10am-4pm
