The owners behind a series of popular restaurants in Falmouth have opened the doors of a new dessert shop in town.
Business partners Turhan Anik and Adem Yazici opened Wakey Wakey on Church Street last week, and already run Kebab on the Corner, Cod on the Corner, Salt & Vinegar, and soon Falmouth Grill.
The pair hope Wakey Wakey will "bring something new to Falmouth" selling high quality ice cream, waffles, pancakes, crepes, milkshakes, coffee, and homemade lemonade.
They also offer a tasty selection of cakes, from lemon cheesecake, to tiramisu, and Oreo cheesecake.
Turhan told Nub News: "We wanted to do something different and Falmouth doesn't have a proper dessert shop. We are new but we hope to keep improving and adding new things.
"We have many businesses in Falmouth and we know the area very well."
Together Turhan and Adem run takeaway businesses across Cornwall in Truro, Newquay, Camborne, Helston, and numerous other locations.
He continued: "We have run dessert shops before. We know what we are doing. Falmouth needs something like this."
