Yoga at Falmouth Rugby Club! 17:45 - 18:45

Every Tuesday evening at Falmouth RFC we have a session led by Anita from Yin-Yang Balance Yoga. The sessions offer a chance to deep stretch, practice balance and make use of relaxation exercises.

All ages and abilities welcome - sessions are £5 payable on the night. Club members and non-club members welcome.
