Devon and Cornwall Police have released an update in their search for a Missing person: Mawnan Smith, near Falmouth.

They shared this post on social media:

"The body of a woman has been located near Constantine, Falmouth, on Tuesday 29 November.

"Her death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

"Formal identification is due to take place.

"The family of Kathleen Burkart, 73, from the Mawnan Smith area, near Falmouth, who was reported missing on Saturday 26 November, have been made aware."
