Street food eatery FalFalafel has launched a new food box delivery service and added an online ordering system.

The deliveries are Ponsanooth and Redruth area on Wednesdays

Falmouth and Penryn on Fridays.

In the boxes, you can order a variety of produce, Maris Piper potatoes, brown onions, carrots, parsnips, leeks, beetroot, mushrooms and more.

The launch of the service was announced on the website recently, reading:

"Two days ago, in response to the current situation, we came up with a very simple idea to provide a fruit and veg box that 1. Supports local farmers and 2. Supports families to stay at home during this very crucial time.

"We've been so lucky to have, since then, been donated over a hundred (now thoroughly cleaned and sanitised) plastic boxes by local people and to have met some amazing producers. We've tracked down the most delicious fruit and veg in the county and will deliver it to your door, with a smile (at a reasonable distance.)"

A small fruit and veg box will cost £14.00, a large box will cost £22.00. There is even the option of delivery for eggs, half a dozen for £1.70.

Alternatively, you can email [email protected] OR telephone 07539324185 to place an order.
