Falmouth Town Council has reminded people in the area that there is a weekly breastfeeding peer support group at the Falmouth Lighthouse Family Hub on Jubilee Road

The group meets every Friday and gives families a chance to ask questions, get support, and meet new people that may be going through a similar situation.

The drop-in sessions are led by trained parent volunteers who use reliable and evidence-based information for pregnant, breastfeeding, and combination feeding families.

Free refreshments will be on offer and there's a chance for families to 'stay and play', the group insists that you are welcome to come along at any stage of your breastfeeding journey.
