Have your say on restrictions for dogs on Cornish beaches

Every three years Cornwall Council has a consultation on the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) which the Council says is in place to: "balance the needs of dog owners and others who enjoy the 43 Cornish beaches that are subject to seasonal restrictions on dogs."

On many of those 43 beaches, restrictions are in place from 10 am and 6 pm from 1 July to 31 August. On beaches that hold Blue Flag or Seaside Award status, restrictions are in place for longer, starting on 15 May and ending on 30 September.

The council has a consultation questionnaire running until the 28th of November just follow the link to have your say: Dogs on Beaches | Let's Talk Cornwall
