This time we are with Nude - Natural Food Canteen.

Opening over just six months ago, Nude has built up an impeccable reputation as one of Falmouth's best eateries.

The woman behind the business, Jess Haynes, wanted to bring something to the town which made nutritional food exciting, quick and accessible.

Speaking to Falmouth Nub News, she said:

"It is often difficult to get something healthy and nutritious. If you do manage, it's usually not very exciting and it's not very quick.

"It is just modern-day life. We have a lot on. I want Nude to be able to fit into that while providing something high quality."

"We are not trying to calorie count or anything either. We just want it natural - no preservatives. Honest."

Nude offers a range of nutritious food options with huge freedom of choice.

You can choose from a base of flatbread, salad or poke bowl.

Then you can create your own unique combination with a selection of proteins, sides and sauces.

Proteins are changing all the time with free-range meat options, sushi fish and veggie/vegan options.

As the baseline menu is consistently enjoyed, Jess says that she has room to experiment with more whacky additions to the menu.

Hence the newer inclusion of the Sushi Burrito - a truly unique way to eat sushi and something you definitely need to experience.

Many people have referred to Nude as a 'quality Subway' and Jess accepts this with open arms.

"I like the idea of that.

"It is the concept of you being able to get involved and make food how you want it.

"We want you to see exactly what goes into what we are serving you."

Jess lives and breathes the food that she serves, constantly researching food trends and new recipes.

In doing all this, and serving food in a way that is so open, Jess has created a rare eatery that is completely transparent and frankly, excitingly nude.
