You may have read our recent suggestions in the Falmouth Halloween guide but here's an extra spooky event for you!

Mor Media charity was formed in Cornwall back in 2002 and aims to improve the lives around them with the art of film, the group put together the Cornwall Film Festival and this year will be the 21st edition of the festival which will take place from the 14th to the 20th of November in Falmouth.

This month Mor media are putting on a special All Treats no Tricks event for Halloween with a double horror screening for Falmouth and Penryn residents. Both films will be shown in the Temperance Hall in Penryn on the 31st of October,

The first film shown is the family-friendly screening of Paranorman which will be completely free to watch, on the website it says that the games will start at 4pm and the film at 5:30pm. There will also be a fancy dress competition for those to wish to enter.

The second Halloween horror screening with be for those over the age of 18 and is the cult classic Evil Dead II, the showing starts at 21:00 pm with standard tickets priced at £8.50 and concession tickets at £6.50
