ACCIDENT UPDATE: Reports of an overturned car near Penryn

UPDATE: Overturned car has been removed from road and traffic has returned to normal.

There are reports of an overturned car near the Treluswell Roundabout.

The A39 is blocked in both directions. All approaches to the roundabout are obstructed.
