The A39 Dracaena Avenue is partially closed this evening following reports of an accident.
Devon and Cornwall Police said:
"A39 Dracaena Avenue partially blocked due to accident, a bicyclist involved near Kimberley Park Road."
Road cleared, accident cleared on A39 Dracaena Avenue near Kimberley Park Road.
