A39 delays following broken down vehicle

UPDATE: Road cleared following broken down vehicle.
There are reports of delays around Penryn this afternoon following a broken down vehicle on the A39.
All lanes have reopened but still expect some delays.
Devon and Cornwall Police said:
"Slow traffic due to earlier broken down car on A39 both ways at A394 (Treliever Roundabout). On the roundabout. All lanes have been re-opened."
