A list of New Year's Eve events in Falmouth

We have put together a list of New Year's Eve events that are happening in and around Falmouth.

No matter what you do, we hope you have a great time and we're excited to see you in 2020!

New Years at The Chintz Symposium: 18:00 - 00:00

The wonderful Chintz has had their late license refused this time, but they have promised to make up for it by providing a great night until the New Year rolls in.

In their words: "There will be dancing, drinking and lots of merriment"


New Years at Hand Beer Bar: 16:00 - 05:00

Directly below Chintz is Hand Beer Bar! With a license until the early hours, it is a great choice to where you spend your New Year's Eve. This will also be Hand's final night open after announcing their sudden closure last week.

In their words: "Let's party like it's 1999! Music, Dancing, Cocktails, Beer and Shots!"


New Years at Falmouth Rugby Club: 22:00 - 04:00

Always one to host a club night, it is no surprise that the Rugby Club is pulling out all of the stops to host one of the biggest events in Falmouth. With a line up of over ten acts performing, it is sure to be a good one! Tickets are £10.

In their words: "Four massive Martin Audio stacks, a fully immersive laser show, smoke & mirrors plus a bad boy line up! Roll up, roll up! Time for the NYE rugby club takeover!"


New Years at Small Ships: 18:00 - 02:00

Tucked away down Quay Street - Small Ships embraces its small venue to hold intimate and exciting events which are bursting with character. New Year's Eve is sure to be no different.

In their words: "Dress code: Suits & Gowns."


New Years at UpperDeck: 21:00 - 01:00

A mix of amazing food sprinkled with some bouncy live music is the perfect recipe for a great time. UpperDeck understands this so is offering a special New Year's Eve menu with performances from over four live acts.

In their words: "Tables are filling up quickly so give us a call on 01326 313481 to book now."


New Years at Five Degrees West: 22:00 - 01:00

Five Degrees are welcoming in the new year with a live performance brought to you by Falmouth Soul Sensation. The group was set up in 2007 to give local talented people the chance to work in a band environment, since then they have been spoiling Falmouth with great gigs. Five Degrees will also be opening Five Degrees Below for those that want to carry on into the early hours.

In their words: "Definitely dancing shoes or maybe just propping up the bar with your besties... get in early as its likely to be busy."


New Years at The Boathouse: 19:30 - 01:00

The Boathouse will be hosting a live performance by Headluv and Passman. A famous Cornish duo which has had some practise delivering New Year's Eve to The Boathouse audience, as this will be their fifth time! The event will host a range of snacks and champagne, as well as a special New Years Eve menu. It's not ticketed so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

In their words: "We'll be dressing up to the nines for a red carpet theme fancy dress, so pick your favourite celebrity or simply smarten up, okay?"


New Year's Soirée at St Michaels Resort: 19:00 - 01:30

St Michaels Resort is hosting an extravagant evening of celebration. Beginning with a five-course meal, the night will lead in to live music from the Small Wonder Band as they count down to midnight. Tickets are £98.

In their words: "Tuxedos and tiaras at the ready; St Michael's invites you to welcome in a new decade with a glamorous night of pure indulgence."
