Beacon Coffee reopened yesterday.

Beacon Coffee, based on the High Street, reopened yesterday after 9 weeks away.

Following the latest government advice about meeting a friend for a coffee and the decline in covid cases in the area - co-owner Alex May said it was the right time to come back.

Beacon is open 9am until 3pm for takeaway only and card payments.

Alex May told Nub News:

"It is nice to be welcomed back, a lot of people have been relieved to see us back. Nice and easy day to get back into work."

The owners urged customers to continue observing social distancing and patience whilst waiting for orders.
