On Friday, Falmouth School delivered 40 visors to Falmouth Hospital and 50 visors to TrewCare.
A fundraiser has been set up to enable the school to buy materials to make the visors, which has raised an incredible £2800 so far.
The DT Department is making the masks with the 3D printer.
Falmouth School announced the fundraising total on social media:
"A huge thank you to everyone who donated so kindly last week. The amount raised currently stands at an incredible £2800! Miss Halloran and Miss Atkins are also starting to make face masks, hats and drawstring bags for use within the NHS.
"We delivered 40 visors to Falmouth Hospital and 50 to TrewCare on Friday. Due to donations, our visors are free of charge to key workers. A big thank you must also go to Ms Lawson, for working so hard in helping with the production. We are expecting more materials this week and will keep going."
King Charles, St Francis C of E School and Falmouth School have all been working together to support key workers throughout the Easter holidays, and are continuing to provide childcare at the Falmouth MAT hub provision.
Mark Lees, CEO at Falmouth Multi-Academy Trust, told Nub News:
"Falmouth MAT is fully committed to supporting the NHS and our frontline workers at this critical time.
"Our Design and Technology department has used our 3D printer and facilities to print visor parts and makeup 100 visors that have been delivered to GP surgeries, care homes and other NHS facilities across Falmouth and Penryn. We are immensely proud of the team who have coordinated this and especially Ray Cilla our Head of DT who has spent many hours on this project."
