'A really positive reaction': Falmouth bar The Brig reopens

This week popular Falmouth eatery and bar The Brig reopened to a very positive response.
Ashleigh Morgan, general manager and owner of The Brig spoke to Nub News in July as the bar branched out into cocktail and food deliveries for the first time.
They are still running the takeaway at the same time as the bar and restaurant.
On Wednesday night The Brig had around 10 tables booked (with possible walk-ins to add), and with parties coming up, "it has been a really positive reaction," Ash said.
Ash told Nub News:
"It was a bit daunting at first just before we opened, looking at the new setup and hoping that there are bookings and everything would work the way we planned so it feels really good.
"Because we are quite small it is not too different, we have got a couple of tables out of action, hand sanitising point on entry and at the bar, we have a one-way system for the toilets as well so there is no queueing."
