Live music is set to return to The Chain Locker after the cancellation of the Falmouth Oyster Festival.

The Oyster Festival was due to take place this weekend but was cancelled in August due to ongoing concerns over covid.

However, the show must go on, and outside the pub will be superb performances from Will Keating and John Dowling on Friday (8th), The Lemonaires on Saturday (9th), and Davey & Dyer on Sunday (10th). All taking place from 2pm-4pm.

The Chain Locker is also making up oysters, and champagne by the glass from 12 with the live music to follow.

Ahead of the performance, Will told Nub News:

"It is really lovely to be back performing in pubs again, with the dark winters ahead of us, a cosy pub with a log fire and live music is something we sorely missed last year.

"Let's hope it is the shape of things to come."
