Police investigations continue into robbery at Falmouth Co-op

Police have revealed that arrests have been made following the robbery - latest update, click here.


A burglary was the reason behind the closure of the Falmouth Co-op this morning, police have revealed.

Police were called just before 4am to reports of a disturbance at the Boslowick shop.

The Force Incident Manager for Devon and Cornwall Police told Nub News:

"It appears there was an attempt to break into the premises to steal cigarettes, we are continuing enquiries with the crime scene investigation team.

"There is some damage that has been caused but we aren't sure how at the moment."
