A new coffee house and eatery specialising in spice is set to open in Falmouth.

The establishment, named Spice and Ice, will overtake the property formerly operating as Murney's Munchies.

It will serve tea, coffee and milkshakes as well as fresh salads and one-pot meals.

Spice and Ice will be providing a chilli option for everything on the menu, even the milkshakes.

An opening date is not yet specified, but the owner is aiming for some time in mid-March.

Owner, Nicki Knuckey, told Nub News:

"I use spice in everything I do.

"There are so many forms of spice, it doesn't all have to be piping hot. I want there to be an option for chilli on everything we do.

"There are so many things you can do with it."
