A 'mystery circle' which has been fuelling resident's imaginations for the last two years has again appeared at Swanpool.

The circle was last sighted in the exact same place back in June 2019.

Seemingly with no explanation, the white circle has led many residents to theorise what it could be.

One resident previously suggested: "The circles can be used by police for speed checks."

Michelle Burns, who uploaded a photo of the circle on to Twitter this afternoon, wrote:

"I see the circle has returned on the road behind Swanpool Lake, Falmouth.

"Any one know what it is or why it is there?"

Falmouth Nub News has contacted the council for any information they may have.
